We come to you
We visit customers at home or at work across Sussex, Kent and London, including Tunbridge Wells, East Grinstead, Sevenoaks, Wadhurst and the Weald, Brighton and Hove, Reigate and the surrounding villages, and further afield by arrangement. We bring cloth, pattern books and tape, and fittings can take place at home too, where you can try the garment with your own shirts and shoes.
What customers say
“I came to Jonathan with the critical task of getting a suit for my wedding, with a very close deadline. His approach and dedication were impeccable… Impeccable quality and massive success on my wedding day, everyone complimented my suit.”
Jaime J. Cervera, Google review
“I was married in a brown velvet suit, and it’s the best suit I’ve ever owned. My other half wears his all the time. They’re hard-wearing, well put together, and unmistakably good.”
Gregory Block, Google review
“Jonathan suggested colour and material that was bang on. He fitted the suit in such detail that I even learned a thing or two about my physiology. I love the suit! A great guy, very charming and capable, highly recommended.”

-
Bespoke: about 10 to 15 weeks, or 6 to 8 weeks express. Because every suit is made by hand, other work can be set aside to meet an urgent date. Made to measure: 7 to 8 weeks, or 4 weeks in selected English cloths.
-
Prices depend on the cloth and the garment, and are confirmed in writing at your first appointment. Bespoke two-piece from £3,950; made-to-measure two-piece from £1,950. Prices include VAT.
-
Wear the shoes you’d wear with the suit, and bring a garment you like the fit of, or a picture of something you admire.
-
It takes about an hour and there is no charge. We talk about what you want the garment for and how you like to dress, look at cloth and details together, and Jonathan takes your measurements and notes on how you stand and move. You leave with a clear idea of the cloth, the style and the price. Nothing is ordered on the day unless you want it to be.
