Wedding Suits

Jonathan spent a year at Airey & Wheeler of Savile Row, a house focused on lightweight clothing, which opened up the world of cloth’s colour, composition and construction.

There is a cloth for every wedding: linen, cotton, light wool and worsted. Jonathan measures you himself, guides you through cloth and style, and sees to every fitting, at the King’s Road studio, on Savile Row or wherever suits you.

Bespoke or made to measure

Bespoke: a pattern drafted for you alone, with three fittings. Two-piece suits from £3,950, including VAT.

Made to measure: full canvas construction and a full range of British and Italian cloths, with two fittings. Two-piece suits from £1,950, including VAT.

How long does a wedding suit take?

Bespoke: around 10 to 15 weeks, or 6 to 8 weeks with express. Made to measure: around 7 to 8 weeks, or 4 weeks with express in selected English cloths.

We understand that planning a wedding can be a very busy time, so if your date is close, just ask.

Made your way

You choose the cloth, lining, buttons and fit, and whether to add a waistcoat.

Comfortable all day

The house style is soft and light: a soft shoulder and a lightly padded chest. By mid-afternoon, you will have forgotten you are wearing it.

We can come to you

Your first appointment can be at the King’s Road studio or on Savile Row, or we can come to your home or office.

“He made the whole process an enjoyable experience, making some excellent fabric, cut and colour recommendations.” Matthew Wood

“I came to Jonathan with the critical task of getting a suit for my wedding, with a very close deadline. His approach and dedication were impeccable. Impeccable quality and massive success on my wedding day, everyone complimented my suit.” Jaime J. Cervera, Google review

“I was married in a brown velvet suit, and it’s the best suit I’ve ever owned. My other half wears his all the time. They’re hard-wearing, well put together, and unmistakably good.” Gregory Block, Google review
